The receptionist was helpful. She arranged a kettle and tea for my room . I appreciated the lovely hot shower after a long day (that was really a bonus). I had a great street view from my room.

The noise levels were high. I could hear people next to my room and above it all day. Their walking sounded like stomping, and it woke me multiple times.

There are many restaurants and bars close to the location. I walked easily to find breakfast places and cafes. It's convenient for trying local cuisine.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They explained everything well upon arrival. They were prepared for my visit. I found this excellent (a really positive experience).

My room included a comfortable bed. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was also clean and spacious. I even got a room upgrade, a nice surprise.

The walls were paper-thin. I could hear EVERYTHING. People slamming doors and talking loudly into the night kept me awake. the shower was tiny with only a curtain, so water splashed all over the bathroom floor. I found this REALLY annoying.

The location was good! It was super close to a tram station and pretty close to the train station. Luggage could be left in the reception. The staff even helped us to put our luggage directly in the room when we arrived.

The room was small. I noticed a lot of humidity in the room and the pipes smelled. The walls were not soundproof so I could hear every single sound.
